I was a bit skeptical at first due to how many scams being around. My concerns were put to bed after my first order arrived super quick, as did my second and third orders. Great prices on quality goods and fast delivery. One happy customer.

I bought four items from this company. Three arrived really quickly and were great. One did not. Emailed the company. Quick and friendly response and I got a refund for the missing item.

I have placed an order for Ray-ban about few days ago which i received today just an hour ago but ray ban outer packets was okay while inside the box was empty. this is absolutely ridiculous. from trust pilot the review was average while lots of people complaining that either they miss their product or not having delivery at all and waiting for an ages. really really disappointing.( i am updating this review only because after a long wait, they have successfully refund my money so i can say it is a relief for me but really quick and good customer service i have received which was impressive. now i have trust on them that if something goes wrong, atleast there is someone to take care of.)

Good value for money

I purchased 2 T shirts, 1 arrived and the other didn't.
The company chased it up and were really slow with replies. Eventually the product arrived but didn't fit.
I returned the item and now I am struggling to get a refund even though they have the item.
I am now just being ignored and it have been 14 days. I have sent 8 emails none of which they have respond to.
I have logged a Visa dispute with my bank which takes time but I shouldn't have to.
Better companies with a better range of products are out there and certainly better customer service.

I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago still didn't receive it. There is no reply to my email.... it seems very bad service.
